How long will my order take?
Every item is made after you order it, so the wait has two separate halves.
| Stage | How long | What is happening |
|---|---|---|
| Production | 7-14 business days | Your item is cut and decorated. No tracking number exists yet. |
| Transit | 5-12 business days | The carrier has the parcel and tracking is live. |
| Total | 12-26 business days | Production plus transit. |
Business days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PT, at a weekend or on a public holiday enter the queue on the next business day.
Items are made to order, so returns are limited to a manufacturing defect or the wrong item being shipped. The conditions are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
