Logo and artwork help
We accept image files only: PNG, JPG or WEBP, up to 8MB, at least 250 x 250 pixels. For the sharpest print we recommend a PNG with a transparent background at 1500 pixels or larger. You can place a logo in up to three positions on an item.
Not sure whether your file will print well? Attach it to the form above with the topic Logo / artwork or design help and we will look at it before you order.
You keep ownership of your artwork, and we use it only to make your order. The details are in our Terms of Service.
Changes and cancellations
Names, numbers, sizes and artwork can be changed while your order is still in Order Placed status, and cancelling is free at that stage. Once the order moves to In Production the item is already being made and the details are final.
Email us with your order number as soon as you spot something. See our Return & Refund Policy for what happens afterwards.
Team and bulk orders
There is no minimum order, so a single item is fine. For 10 items or more we quote individually: send us the quantity, the items you want and your timeline, and include the list of names and numbers if you already have it. A simple list of one player per line is perfect.
Large orders follow the same production times as any other order, so tell us the date you need them by and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
