Basewear makes custom apparel, personalised with your team name, player names, numbers and your own logo.
Nothing here is stocked. Every piece is custom made after the order comes in, which is why production takes 7-14 business days before anything ships. We sell and ship within the United States.
There is no minimum order. One item is a normal order, and a full roster can go in at once with a different name and number on every piece.

How Customization Works
Every product page is a short form rather than a shelf listing. You choose the gender and size, the team name, the player name and the numbers, and you can add a logo in up to three positions on the item.
Decoration comes two ways. Stitched means embroidered, with thread sewn into the fabric: it has depth and it lasts, and it suits bold shapes and larger text. Printed sits flat on the surface and handles fine detail and small text better. The price updates as you choose, so there is no guessing what the options cost.
Each item in a cart is personalized on its own, which is how one order can carry twenty different names.

Our Promise to You
We will tell you the truth about what a custom item can and cannot be. Because every piece carries somebody's name, it cannot be restocked or passed to another customer, so we are not able to take one back because it was not needed after all. We say that plainly on the product page, at checkout and in our Return & Refund Policy, rather than burying it and hoping nobody reads it.
What we do stand behind is our own work. If there is a manufacturing defect or we ship the wrong item, we refund you in full including the shipping you paid, with no restocking fee and nothing for you to pay. If an order is running late, we contact you rather than waiting for you to ask, and you can cancel it for a full refund.
Sizing
We take sizing seriously, because it is the one part of the order we cannot check for you. Every product page carries the size chart for that item, and the chart itself says what each column measures. Lay flat a shirt that already fits the way you like, measure it, and match it to the chart. If you are between two sizes, size up.

Every order is checked before it ships, and production takes 7-14 business days because each piece is made after you order it rather than pulled from a shelf.
